Objectives:
- Providing a safe and inclusive environment where children and youth can spend their time constructively, away from harmful influences and risky behaviours.
- Improving the physical health, fitness, teamwork and discipline of marginalized children through regular football training, competitions and health education.
- Linking football with education, psychosocial support and community engagement to strengthen self-confidence, leadership skills and a sense of responsibility among young people.
- Promoting healthy lifestyles, discipline and positive values through football by teaching respect, fair play, teamwork, resilience and good sportsmanship.
- Inspiring personal growth and development by combining football with mentorship, educational support, life skills and vocational training opportunities.
- Promoting social inclusion, integration, youth networking and friendship by bringing together children from disadvantaged and privileged backgrounds to train, play and grow together regardless of their social or economic status.
- Identifying, nurturing and developing football talent on Ukerewe Island, creating pathways to professional football careers, scholarships and other opportunities within the sports industry.
- Strengthening community cohesion by engaging parents, schools and local leaders in football activities that promote peace, unity and child development.
- Encouraging equal participation of both girls and boys in football, promoting gender equality, confidence and leadership through sport.
- Building positive football role models on Ukerewe Island who will inspire future generations to pursue excellence both on and off the field.
